IMPORTANT:
On January 3, Organic Law 1/2025 on measures regarding the efficiency of the Public Service of Justice was published in the Spanish Official State Gazette (BOE). In its twenty-first final provision, it repeals Articles 63 to 67 of Law 14/2013 (Entrepreneurs Law).
Upon the entry into force of this twenty-first final provision on April 3, residence visas for investors are abolished.
